  LIABILITY INSURANCE:  Each exhibitor is responsible for their own insurance. 

 The organizers of the Gallatin County Thunder on the River event  and its committee members/volunteers

 will not be responsible for exhibitor's merchandise or personal property.

  The undersigned hereby and forever discharges the Gallatin County  Thunder on the River event/committee/volunteers  of and from all matter

  of action, suits, damages,  claims and demands whatsoever arising from any loss or damage to the person or property of the signed while in the

  possession of  and under the supervision of the Gallatin County Thunder organizers.

 Taxes: Exhibitors are solely responsible for terms and conditions of their own sales.

 Kentucky State Sales tax is 6%.

 Exhibitors are responsible for collection and payment of this tax.
